Workshop Knitting a sweater on circular needles

In this workshop you will learn to knit a sweater on a circular needle, top down, in 1 piece. You will be given a pattern for a simple raglan sweater, but you can also bring your own, provided the technique is the same (in the round, top down). To be able to go home with an (almost) finished sweater at the end of this series, you will also have to continue knitting at home between classes. Below you can consult the content of the various lessons. For this workshop you must be able to knit and purl.

Lesson 1: Choosing wool, going over the pattern, knit a swatch

Lesson 2: Cast on and knit the collar, short rows and starting raglan

Lesson 3: Divide body and sleeves, continue knitting on body

Lesson 4: Knitting sleeves

Lesson 5: Finishing

1 lesson of 2 hours and 4 lessons of 2.5 hours

Maximum 6 adults (16+)
