The Dauw cardigan is knitted bottom up in one piece. Extra stitches are cast on for the sleeves. The side borders are knitted and seamed at the end. It’s a quite basic pattern but the contrast between the reverse stockinette stitch and honeycomb brioche and the shoulder shaping technique make it a great knitting pattern for beginners who are looking for a little challenge.
